How to wash for Bootcut Yoga Pants

Like most activewear that contains stretch, you want to preserve the lycra/Spandex threads that make the yoga pant stretchy. Heat (either in the form of water or a hot dryer) will quickly break down these fibers, leaving you with a not-so-supportive yoga pant you initially bought.
