I personally don’t care for all the padding and so I removed it and it feels very supportive and strong!!!

I LOOOOOVE this bra! Originally, I use to be a 34 DD and the size medium fit PERFECTLY. I am now a 34 C since working out. It's bittersweet loosing two cup sizes 😂 Anyways, a size medium still fits me and is great for my HITT workouts. It is comfortable and super sexy in my opinion. Now I am ordering a size small to see if it will fit a little tighter so I can run with it.

Love the quality and fit, and doesn't give me the uniboob like other sports bras.

I’ve worn this bra in a size medium for a few months while I was nursing. After finishing nursing my breasts did shrink so to stay with firm support I downsized to a small. I can still wear both sizes comfortably but the small is better for high-impact activities. The materials are soft and smooth. I was afraid about the straps digging into my shoulders but I have found that is not the case. The band is excellent and doesn’t wear into my skin. I love the bra cup padding so I feel confident about “no headlights”. I’m a special education teacher so this bra is excellent for long days of running after students. The material is also great for drying after a sweaty session of running or splashing from paddle boarding.
