Misleading colors

I bought this item expecting a light pastel blue pair of leggings but in reality it is more of a denim blue. Still looks pastel blue from far away. My bad, should have zoomed in to look closely at what I was supposed to purchase. Still love em Teekis thou

It was given as a gift to my daughter. She loved it but it did not fit. For over a month she has tried to return, and through your process it has been very difficult . She still has merchandise. I am very disappointed in the difficulty. Her email is , bcreativerubys@gmail.com. I would ask that your communicate appropriately with her to resolve this issue. You seem to have a decent product, and very poor customer service following payment , and receipt of purchase. She had also found what she wanted to replace the BB with. This is terribly unfortunate.
