The lights out pads are perfect! They are smooth under tops and do not bunch up or end up with dents. They provide some nice shaping without being too much.

I use these pads in every sports bra I own! No more adjusting the thin padding that usually folds over and permanently gets creases! Throw those away and replace them with these lights out pads.

I am very pleased with my first purchase of a adjustable sports bra and pads. I am a breast cancer survivor and your product is just what I had been looking for. The bra is so soft and comfortable. I have already purchased a second one.

The inserts give just enough UMPH to make me look natural. I no longer wear my prosthesis because the inserts (2-3) are fine for my look. However, even the small size fits a bit large in the pockets. They seem to ride up inside the pocket and make a ridge. This is not enough of an issue to not wear my bras. Only I can see the ridge when I take my clothes off.
