What are the best leggings for Hot Yoga?
If you do hot yoga what you are primarily looking for is something that dries quickly and has excellent stretch for mobility. Some brands specifically use a swim-suit type material in their leggings so they are perfect for hot yoga. Some of our top selling brands are Beyond Yoga or Onzie amongst 40+ other favorites. How to wear Leggings?
If you are looking to wear your leggings outside of working out or the studio, pari them with an oversized sweater or t-shirt. Since your leggings are tight, a looser top helps to balance the leggings for everyday wear. In the summertime throw on some sandals or chunky boots in the colder months.
Are leggings pants?
The Merriam-Webster definition of “pants” are: an outer garment covering each leg separately and usually extending from the waist to the ankle. So do we think leggings are pants? Yeah apparently so! What are leggings made of?
Each brand makes leggings out of different materials. Most leggings have stretch to them so most likely will be comprised of a synthetic type of elastic in the material. We have a separate location for Organic Clothing if you are looking for non man-made materials.
What are the best brands of leggings?

How to find the right size leggings?

What are high rise leggings?
High rise leggings typically hit around the belly button area or just above. The benefit of high rise is that there is no "muffin top" effect where it cuts into your waistband for a smoother elongated look. Every pair of leggings are made differently so check the size chart for that legging. Regular rise leggings hit just below the belly button about 1" or so.
What is my inseam?
The inseam is a common way of measuring the length of your legging. It runs from the seam of the gusset (crotch area) to the length the pant or ankle.
