U.S. and International Shipping
At Evolve Fit Wear, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/PO Box destinations.
Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds outlined in this policy. Some locations may require additional lead time.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after processing.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed within 1–2 business days, starting the next business day.
- Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
U.S. Shipping Options:
- Free Standard Shipping For Orders Over $100: USPS First Class (5-7 business days)
- For Orders Under $100: $6.95 USPS First Class (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping*: $15.00 USPS Priority (2-3 business days)
- Expedited Shipping*: $25.00 Fedex 2 Day (2 business days)
* Express and Expedited orders placed by 10:00 AM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
Note: During high-volume sales or holiday periods, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
APO/FPO/PO Box & U.S. Territory Orders
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories.
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Expedited shipping options may not be available for these destinations.
Transit Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact Customer Service immediately.
- Claims must be filed within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- If approved, we will arrange a reshipment.
Refused Shipments
If your order is returned due to refusal or an incorrect address:
- You may be responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs.
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation & Liability
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Evolve Fit Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes fulfillment of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and security of the shipping address provided.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen after confirmed delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. In certain cases, we may assist in filing a carrier claim; however, replacement of items or refunds will not be issued by Evolve Fit Wear for orders with valid delivery confirmation.

We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us for returns or exchanges from outside of the USA. Customers incur shipping costs to return/exchange items if outside the USA.
