Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase for U.S. orders. 

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: A prepaid label will be provided upon request. A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for returns.
  • Exchanges: Shipped free of charge.
  • International Returns: Free return shipping is NOT available for international orders.

 

Final Sale Policy

All Sale items are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Completing Your Return

  • A USPS label will be provided for all approved U.S. return requests. $6.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You can drop your package at any USPS location or use your preferred method of shipping for Return for Exchange
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your new item will ship once your return is processed.
  • Discounts do not transfer to new or exchanged orders.
  • Please return only the approved items in your package—mixing orders may cause processing delays.

 

U.S.A. Online Order Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached.
  • At this time, we DO NOT provide free return shipping for international orders.

 

International Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Use any carrier you prefer, and keep your tracking number until we confirm delivery.
  • Please allow up to 15 days for processing and refund.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return for Refund

  • Return within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically post within 5-7 days of our warehouse receiving your return.

Return for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your new item, if available, will ship once your return is processed.
  • Discounts can be applied to exchange item - not applicable to additional items in order.
  • Prepaid USPS return label will be provided for exchanges in the US only.
