You’ll most likely want your crop top tanks to fit on the snug side for added support.
How supportive are crop top tanks?
Many times, crop top tanks are double-lined and/or contain a shelf bra that gives the item a little more support than just a regular shelf bra. They won't typically have an entire built-in bra with padding but will be enough support for low-medium impact activities depending on your breast size. Typically, cups A-B do well with just a simple shelf bra. Plus, you might not wear your crop top tank for working out. They are excellent base layers for pullovers or a yoga long sleeve top, so you can throw on a crop and be ready for anything.
How do I care for crop tops?
As with all activewear, you want to preserve the stretch and elasticity of your favorite crop tops! Since there is stretch within the fabric, you will want to preserve the stretch for as long as possible so it keeps that “stretchy” component. Heat breaks down the “stretchy” fibers, so during the washing process you don't want any added heat in the process. You can machine wash in cool water and either hang dry or lay flat. Most activewear is made from a quick-drying material, so you won't be waiting long for it to dry. Keeping heat away from your favorite bra will let it last many washes and wears for years to come.

These leggings are awesome. They have a cotton-feel which is super-comfy. I sized down per the reviews which was accurate. The fabric is FORMA101 and unfortunately I don’t think Glyder uses this fabric anymore. I bought a new pair of their leggings and was really disappointed by how thin, cheap and ill fitting they were. If you can find a pair of these and you prefer a more natural feeling fabric I recommend getting a pair!

Comfiest sweat pants ever
I love the varley double soft fabric. I really like the color of these sweatpants and was excited to find a good deal on Evolve for this brand. They are cuffed at the ankle which could annoy someone that doesn’t like that feel. True to size- I am normally a size 6-8 and ordered these in medium. Definitely recommend!

I have acquired a few of these Kyoto leggings after initially purchasing the black in Small. Although they were somewhat hard to pull on at first - even a little long - I would order the same size since mine have softened over the years and become more pliable. For some reason, in the other colors, they have not fit as well or the quality has not been up to par.
So I am hoping after many years to find my new Black Kyoto's to be as great as the ones that I am still wearing. It's always good to have two pairs of your favorite tights around. Amazing for daily use in California all. year. around. For the records, I am 90 yrs. old, formerly athletic. 115-120 lbs. Off and on stage actor and still. FP was and still is my style!
