Hot Yoga Shorts

Hot yoga is hot, which is why minimal coverage is the key. Look for quick-drying hot yoga shorts for your practice that will wick away sweat and keep you as cool as you can be during a sweaty practice. Brands to look for here are Colorado Threads, Teeki, and Yoga Democracy. These are all made with swimsuit-type material that dries quickly and wicks away moisture.

High Waisted Yoga Shorts

High-waisted yoga shorts have a bit more in the rise and hit right around the belly button area. Most of our yoga shorts in 2025 are considered "mid-rise" to "high-rise" and will be around a 5" to 8" + rise. Having a hard time deciding which short will work best for you? Low-Rise Yoga Shorts

Some of our yoga shorts have a lower rise, so they can also be used as a swim bottom. Those would be similar to the Teeki Sun Shorts. These have a lower rise than others, at around a 5 to 6" in the rise. Also great to pair with one of the matching sports bras for a swimsuit.
