I'm generally a size 6-8, my waist is around 30in and my hips are around 40in. I have a medium and a large. Both are comfortable, I like having a variety of waist sizes. I wear them lifting weights, around the house, around town, and to sleep. I'm so glad I finally decided to buy them!
