Excellent prop for yoga!

Purchased the yoga wheel for my sister who is an avid yogi, and she loves this prop! She utilized it on a recent yoga retreat and is gaining strength and flexibility for a variety of poses!

I definitely think that everyone should try the yogiwheel. If you are a veteran yogi, it can take you to new places, and if you're a brand new yogi, it can take you to new places. No matter what, it's beneficial! I love practicing with it for different balancing postures as well as restorative postures.

really improved my back!

I got the yogiwheel as soon as Evolve started carrying them and have already seen so much improvement! My back usually feels super tight and is in a lot of pain-just spending time opening my back on it every day has helped so much. I like to lay on it, or do bridge pose with it underneath me. Both are restorative and relaxing postures, so they're great at the end of a long day. I highly recommend this product!!

Solid product.

my girlfriend actually bought this yogiwheel for herself, but I've been borrowing it for my home practice almost daily. We'll definitely be getting another one. I've mainly used it for heart opening, but am looking forward to trying a lot of other poses with it's help as well.
