The quality of this mat is unmatched and it's very durable unlike previous mats I've owned. I have never had any issues with my hands and sleep slipping. I use this mat for both regular yoga AND hot yoga. I highly recommend this brand!
Does exactly what it says, I was always slipping on my other mats but this mat keeps me in place. Now I'm able to focus on my positions..not falling on my face! Definitely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!
I was slightly skeptical when 1st buying this mat thinking it would be flimsy and wear out quickly. So far the towel mat has stood up against yoga, hot yoga, and yoga at the beach. The design has faded slightly possibly due to the fact that I am sweating constantly and rubbing my hands/body all over the mat. The mat is a true towel so it is a bit thin to use alone but I prefer to layer a non slip mat under to hold it in place.
Material is good and thik and it is a good mat to do your workout.....unfortunately cause I live in Euope I did need to pay an aditional €83,- for tax......but I am happy with it....
