Just write down the style name, color and size you would like on the return form. We will ship for FREE within the USA and typically takes about 3-5 days to be processed. If exchange items are not in stock, we'll notify you via email.
Non-returnable items are: sale items, hair accessories, yoga mats/ towels, Sandra McCray items are made-to-order and are size exchange only.
Swimwear must be unworn, in new condition with the tags attached and hygenic liner in place.
Orders that qualified for free shipping will have a $5.95 shipping fee deducted from the refund.
What You Can Return: Clothing that still has the tags intact and has not been washed or worn. Barre socks still in the package in pristine condition, jewelry that was not made to order. You have 30 days (60 days for international customers) to return these items to our Portland OR location for a full refund. Items returned in poor condition or returned after the 30-day mark will be shipped back to you.
What You Can’t Return: Anything that has been washed, worn, had the tags removed, has animal hair or smoke smell. Sale items, all sale items are final sale only. Yoga mats, yoga mat towels, accessories, headbands or hair ties, underwear, socks out of the package, made to order items like jewelry and Sandra McCray Clothing (size exchange only).

HOW TO SEND BACK
RMA Form: Simply click the link to the RMA form. Enter your order number and email or last name and click next to bring up your order. If this is the first return you have made for this order it will show no returns currently being processed. Click “Request New Return” and select the item or items you want to return. Enter any additional such as the reason why you are returning or exchanging and submit your request. Now you can print out the RMA form generated and included in your return package to Evolve! Including your RMA form in your return or exchange ensures faster processing times and guarantees that your return package will be connected to the right order, payment method etc so that you receive your refund, store credit or exchange in a timely manner.
Mailing Back using our Prepaid Labels:
If you choose to use the Evolve FIT Wear pre-paid label to ship your item back please note that $4.95 will be deducted from your refund. Simply attach the pre-paid label to your return package and drop in any USPS blue box or at your local post office. No waiting in line required!
Mailing Back (not using our Prepaid Labels):
You can ship your return item back any way you want! Many of our customers choose to use services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship their packages back. These are the quickest and most reliable ways to return you package but we always recommend getting tracking on your package no matter what service you use. Returning a heavy item such as a yoga mat, yogi wheel or bolster? Normally these items cannot be returned, because we can not resell them. However, if you have been approved to return one of these items shipping is on you. Evolve FIT Wear does not provide labels for heavy items that required ground or priority labels
International Customers: Prepaid shipping labels & shipping refunds are not provided for customers outside the USA. Please follow the steps above to ship the package back yourself; and mail back to our address below noted above. International customers have 60 days to return items for a full refund all everything must be in perfect condition with the tags intact.
Once We Get It Back: Once your return package has been received by our returns department your return or exchange will be processed in the order it was received. Processing can take up to 7-10 days. At which point you will receive an email letting you know a refund was processed back to your original method of payment or an email containing the tracking number for your exchange shipment.
